It took along time to get the finish we wanted. Communication was good but the artist’s capability was limited and the quality of the image was lost on many occasions, along with the different proofs created. It was a painful experience and not something I can recommend, unfortunately. When I tried to cancel the order, the company tried to refuse a refund and it took me to have to vocalise my consumer rights before they backed down. I decided to give them one more chance at creating a print we liked, and they eventually sent an image/print we were happy with…not an easy process at all….

Great fast replies from company with multiple designs to choose from. I would recommend buying your frame with them as it’s harder to find an A5 frame than you think. Brought my sister her engagement photo, not only did the photo come perfect the service was amazing. I originally ordered A3 and then when it was in process changed my mind to A5, said I don’t want a refund or anything just if they could change the size. Emailed the customer service and they said no problem and changed it in time and even refunded me the difference for the size (even when I said don’t worry about it). The next day it arrive and I was so happily surprised they sent me both sizes. My sister has put the A3 size up in her house :) lovely service couldn’t be happier.
